MadBird Studio (“MadBird”, “we”, “us”) is a creative, marketing and technology agency with offices in Muharraq, Bahrain and Alexandria, Egypt. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website. You can reach us about privacy at any time at info@madbird.agency.

When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect:

• Your name and email address (required so we can reply).
• Optionally, your phone number, company name, the service you're interested in and an estimated budget.
• The message you write to us.
• Technical information sent automatically with the form — your IP address and browser user-agent — which we use only to prevent spam and abuse.

If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp directly, we receive the details you choose to share through those channels.

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To prepare proposals, quotes and, if we work together, to deliver our services.
• To keep our website and inbox secure, including filtering spam and limiting automated submissions.

We process your information because you asked us to contact you (taking steps at your request before a possible contract), because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting our website, and — where required — with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We follow applicable data-protection laws, including Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018) and Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).

We never sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising. We only share it with service providers who help us run our business — such as website hosting and email delivery — under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to provide their service, or where the law requires us to.

We keep contact-form enquiries for up to 24 months after our last conversation, so we can follow up on your project and keep a record of our discussions. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as needed to deliver our services and meet legal and accounting obligations. Spam and abusive submissions are deleted promptly.

Your information is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored on access-controlled systems that only authorised MadBird team members can reach. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

Our contact form does not set tracking or advertising cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies only — for example, a secure session cookie for our team's private admin area. If we introduce analytics in the future, we'll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to withdraw your consent. Email info@madbird.agency and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may also contact the data-protection authority in your country.

Because we work from Bahrain and Egypt and use cloud service providers, your information may be processed outside your country. When that happens, we take steps to make sure it remains protected in line with this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the effective date shown below the title.
